This project involved re-designing an existing form. I chose a “Permission to Photograph” form from the childcare center I work at. The left photograph is the original form and the right is my edit. I kept all the information in the same order and basic layout, but make the font larger and more readable. I spaced out some of the more important information and make some of the “fine print” smaller and more compact, I also removed the grid and used line spacing to organize the options to make the page look less crowded.
